Our people are the cornerstone of the organisation.
Their training, development and job satisfaction are the top priority. Several of our people have been with the firm for over twenty years — in an industry where conditions shift quickly, that continuity is the thing clients are really buying.
We actively recruit from the University of Trinidad and Tobago and the University of the West Indies, both of which maintain strong civil engineering programmes. Marine construction is rarely a formal specialisation in academic curricula — so we provide the practical, hands-on training that bridges that gap.
We hire as many people as we can from our own area, and the majority of our jobs are at or above the median wage for Trinidad and Tobago.
Statements on recruitment, tenure and wages are drawn from published interviews with Capital Signal’s CEO and General Manager (Business View Caribbean, February 2026; Capital Signal 30th-anniversary interviews).
